I totally agree that physical human interactions are the best way of communication especially when it comes to working efficiency.

But then what good is a thing if we cannot get out of our comfort zone to embrace change. There was a time when the popular means of communication was writing letters, which got replaced by telephones and we eventually graduated to video calls and WhatsApp meetings.


With the rapidly changing technology and automation our means of communication are also evolving and we have been adapting well to this change.


Unless the nature of work demands the person to be present at the location, I don't see a need as to why people should be forced into being present. Organisations should start looking at flexible options which can not only benefit their resources but pave the way to their own economic growth.


Asking employees to come back to work regularly just for the sake of better physical interaction seems a little uncanny though.
